I don't remember where or when I saw this, but I read that you can use protein powder as flour. Is this true? I'm sure it's not part for part... does anyone have guidelines to use?

Dnt know about flour. but I use it in everything from oatmeal to spaghetti sause to making pudding ect. so i whould imagine you could go half n half with it. if no one have a diffenate answer, just play around with it. good luck

I think I read that you can sub it for 1/3 of the flour. Haven't tried it yet so I don't know what the texture woul dbe like but it would up the protein nicely!

Depends on what you are trying to use it in, i have tried the 50/50 in like muffins and it all sank to the bottom and burnt lol then they didnt taste like anything at all.

I have always added it in. Except for my protein bars which are bananas, protein powder, baking powder and chocolate chips - so I guess it might work.

I think I'll start adding in scoop by scoop until I find the "sweet spot" Thanks everyone
