I can't tell you how thrilled I am to know its just not me! I'm the same......working out 60 mins plus a day, eating healthily, drinking water, sleeping well but no inch loss and the scales are telling me I have gained back the 8lb I lost! Hiya :D I'm starting level 2 tomorrow. Weighed myself and I have lost 7lbs (now 13st 4lbs-think scales a bit dogdey!) and 6.5 inches from around my body which I am thrilled about. So far I have done the shred everyday, and sometimes I have added either a bit of yoga (beginners), a 30 minute section of "The biggest loser"…

5 foot 7.5 inches and 13stone 4lbs (have lost 7lb already :smile:) I wear size 16 on everything. I want to get back down to my pre injury weight of 11 stone and size 12.
