Thankyou so much for your post, your very inspirational :) do you mind me asking what exercise you do? i am scared to eat 1400 cals a day but maybe i should give it a go! i think i would have to make sure i burned a good amount through exercise too get the last pesky pounds off?

I have been trying to net around 1200, (should = a weight loss of just over .5 of a lb per week but nothing. and ive been exercising (cardio and weights) 3-6 times a week. think i gained a bit of muscle, but def no weight loss. What is Ultimate reset? maybe i could give this a go?

thanks guys :) yes im going to leave the scale alone i think. i know all about muscle weighing more etc but i also heard that you cant build muscle when eating at a deficit, thats why i was a bit unsure if i was gaining a little bit of it, even though im pretty sure i am. i definatley want to gain a good amount of muslce…

i wish i had your problem ;) maybe get a new recipe book and get inspired to cook yummy healthy dishes? just a we suggestion :) are you exerciseing? i find that gives me a bit of an apetite.

i too am thinking of divorcing my scale, no movement on it for weeks (it actually said i have gained a little) but i dont feel like i have, hmmm. im eating right and exercising so am now going to try and only weigh once a week at the most!

Thanks so much for your input :) i always worry that since im not that big i need to eat less than 1200 to lose but im not going to do that! will just keep at my exercise, weights and good food :)

thanks heaps for that, just checking my calories are fine? is it ever possible that people need to go below 1200 to lose? i dont want to have to do that but just want to make sure. thanks :)

just to add i have done a lot of diff diets in the past often eating around 1000 cals a day and i am stopping this and want to be healthy and toned! so wondering if this could be a metabolism fixing period?

i felt the same way and joined a gym that wasnt too expensive and one i felt comfortable in, go have a look in a few diff ones maybe. Most gyms will offer at least one free personal training session to get you on your way, i find going to the gym really motivates me and kind of even enjoy it now ;)
