I started at 200 and am now 153. Goal is 130ish depending on how I feel. I'm 5 ft 6. I my clothes started to fit differently about 10-15lbs in, and then I started to lose sizes. Quest is pretty expensive over here but I love it - the cheapest I found it was around £22/box on predatornutrition.com (still pretty pricey) HOWEVER - recently discovered atlanticsupplements.com which is selling Quest Bars for £17.99 a box - the site appears to have good reviews so I think I'm going to use them from now…

Haha, I mean I fasted every alternate day, for a month. Oh my goodness, I couldn't fast continuously for 30 days, I need my food lol :) I have fasted since that one month stint but not every alternate day - instead a few times a week.
