try get some bcaa´s with fruit punch flavour, for me i love some diet sodas but now i love drinking bcaa instead and its much healthyer, optimum nutrition has some great flavours, after i started drinking that i don´t have a sweetoth anymore

evening eater for sure but also before i did I.F i was always craving junk food after training with weights and cardio, really weird, i guess it changed when i started working out earlyer in the day with I.F

first off i am not that big but i have put on some muscle over the year. training: i advise you to use rep rangest 8-12 and only compound movements (free weights) and i would reccomend a 3 day split, day 1 back and bicep, day 2 legs and day 3 back,bicep and shoulders. as a beginner you don´t really need that many to start…
