Started back at 385lbs at the start of July and this week finally broke 350lb coming in at 347lb at my weigh-in yesterday. Still a long way to go but good to beat one milestone!

Calories first and foremost, then try and keep an eye on Protein, Fats and Carbs in that area.

This is my challenge this month too, my big struggle. Currently I'm winning 2-0.

3lb off from me this week so a total now of 588.2lb!

I live in Leeds but work in York quite a lot. A great city for a quick lunchtime walk.

I know people who have done it and had some success but as has been said its a 'quick fix' and you need to keep plugging away at the end of the six weeks or the weight goes back on!

Mine arrived yesterday - its not perfect but its certainly a fantastic piece of kit. There is an excellent review here - http://www.dcrainmaker.com/2015/01/fitbit-surge-depth-review.html - it is very long!

You're not the only one who struggles! I've got an 8 month old and between her and work I dont feel I have much time left to exercise.

It happens. Sometimes life takes over. Last year I lost 70lb but then put 35lb back on. The important thing is getting back on it, now! You can do it!

You look gorgeous! Nice work!

Hi pal, I'm from Leeds too and looking to lose about 6 stone minimum, feel free to add.
-
I'd love to have a go at a Parkrun - just need to lose a bit more weight first!
-
I really shouldn't but I might have to have one tonight, or maybe 2!

Hi all, I'm James, 27 from Leeds. I lost over 5 stone in seven months last year before my daughter was born in July, unfortunately I've mega slipped back and put 2½ stone back on. Now I'm trying to get back into things but struggling just a bit!

Looking great!

I started at 371lb and I've got down so far to 313lb, I probabaly want to get down to about 250lb minimum. I've had a few ups and downs but no plateu yet, although my weight loss has slowed down. You'll find your calories expended in exercise will drop as your weight goes down as there is less of your body to move and…

Kung Po is very sugar heavy - its no surprise its calorific. It wouldn't matter which supermarket it was from - its the reciepe not the store. You'll note the ASDA version is the same - http://www.mysupermarket.co.uk/asda-compare-prices/frozen_ready_meals/asda_chinese_kung_po_chicken_and_egg_fried_rice_375g.html

You look amazing and a great story too.

Its good cos most of Nandos is in the database already and is on their website. Frankly you can't go wrong with grilled chicken, its not too bad for the calories and its great for protein. Just watch the sides (chips and garlic bread are about 300 cals each) and if you have a burger/wrap have it without mayo.

Yes! Its a Parmo, a delicacy in North East England - http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Parmo

I've managed to lose around 45lb in 3 months eating nothing but 'real food'! I'll send you a request!

The FAQ's show us all their clubs staffed from 06:00 - http://www.puregym.com/faq. I've been before hours before and to be honest there is only ever one or two people in, usually insomniacs and night shift workers!

I'm a member of the one in Leeds, have been a member for around 3 months. You do get what you pay for, dont expect a pool or sauna but plenty of modern cardio equipment and a fairly reasonable weights range. The gym's are open 24 hours but they aren't constantly staffed, it may vary but mine is staffed 6am-midnight. Out of…

It all depends on whats cooked and how! Nothing wrong with an omelette for breakfast as long as you don't cook them in too much oil and don't include too many calorific ingredidents such as cheese.

You look fantastic - great job!

The only Leeds pubs I can think of which are haunted are The Palace and The Abbey Inn and it doesn't look like The Palace so I'll go for The Abbey? PS: I'm in Leeds too!
