I just did a test run today and OMG! I could only do 20 minutes of that Turbo Fire Class I'll try it again tomorrow to try to complete the 30 minutes.. Now time for Jillian Michelals to kick my butt in my last day of week 2 of Ripped in 30 #2workoutday Lets go! #teamfitandsexy..... TURBO FIRE AIN'T NO JOKE! I LOVE IT!

Workout time!!! About to get up and see if I can burn off that Crumb Cupcake I had last night. Workout #1 is Day 1 Week 3 of Couch to 5K. Workout #2 is Day 3 of Week 2 of Ripped in 30 and that's burning off the sticky wings I had at BBQ's last night. #dontjudgemedamnit! Let's go! #teamfitandsexy

Just burned another 391 calories by doing the 6th day of level 1 of Ripped in 30. Tomorrow starts Level 2 ..I'm about to watch the video to see the torture I will endure tomorrow. All workouts completed today before 9am feels good! Lets go #teamfitandsexy

Just finished Couch to 5K week 2 run 3 with Get Running – 29 minutes of exercise and 9 minutes of running. Next run: Wednesday. I burned 440 Calories! Lets go #teamgetfitandsexy Time to blog a little then get ready to do my Ripped in 30 for the day. #doubleworkoutday

Keep going @ Blonde. I havent lost any weight from 30 day shred I just lost lots of inches. Jillian workouts will make you gain muscle and lose fat but sometimes you lose little pounds :)

Just finished day 5 of Jillian Micheals Ripped in 30. I burned 440 calories. Tuesday is suppose to be my rest day but I think I'm going to do this DVD straight through for 30 days straight. I gotta get these arms and thighs together before my Mayan Riveria Mexico Vacation in September with the Mrs. Lets go! #teamfitandsexy

I exercise everyday since I started Jillian Micheals dvds. I did 30 day shred straight for 30 days and now Im on day 5 of Ripped in 30 and Im going to do that for 30 days straight. I'm also doing the Couch to 5K program ( Im on week 2 day 3 with that) and I do Hip Hop Abs and Zumba from time to time :)

Its a crazy workout but I feel like I can do it because I did 30 days straight of the 30 day shred. You need alot of upper body strength to mess with Jillian. I just finished my 2nd workout for the day. I burned 246 calories from doing Day 2 of Ripped in 30 ..it was hard as hell today (so I'm sure that was the reason for the low calories burned) but I pushed through.. I'm sore so dinner and Epsom bath is in order. Lets go! #teamfitandsexy

I just got finished doing Day 1 of Jillian Micheal's Ripped in 30 and burned 560 calories and I must say she stepped up the workout from 30 Day shred but since i just finish the 30 day shred I'm more equipped to hang out with her. Its a harder workout but I got this for the next 29 days! Come on #teamfitandsexy

I like this Zumba Fitness for Xbox Kinect! I did 6 beginner workouts/dance routines which range between 3-4 minutes a piece and I burned 319 calories. It was fun and I'm sweating like a pig... It really helped me get my mind off of things. #teamfitandsexy
