I like this! My goal is to lose 3 pounds by June 30th but I would like to keep being active/healthy and work on toning after this! I would also like to be part of this challenge :)

I have been of dairy for a while and find that Daiya cheese is the way to go if you still want something that melts(pizzas, qusedillas...) in replacement of cheese. I can warn you...it does not taste like cheese ... but I still enjoy it!

I like Almond Milk! I find it taste good. I normally buy either Silk Almond milk or Earth's Own. The original unsweetened is the best way to go if you want to keep the calories lower. I sometimes use rice milk for cooking.
