Balance....its all about balance. Sometimes it will swing left sometimes right but always try to achieve the right balance, in mind body and soul. The other is learn to forgive yourself and move on.

I made due with what I had for the first 50lbs and than went shopping at 2nd hand stores....then when I hit my goal, it was SHOP TILL YOU DROP time =) (Plato's closet is my fav. 2nd hand store)

This maybe an issue your doctor needs to look into. Potassium is no joke and not something to mess around with. I suggest getting with your DR to see what your levels are now and he can decide if you need a supplement. good luck =)

It is sooo increadible diversital: I always cook it in a pan because its easier to control and you dont want it over cooked. Use pam and I had about 2 tablespoons of water and steam it once its about 1/2 way cooked just put a lid on the pan...... Use Cajun seasoning and pair it with corn tortillas sauteed onions and…

cinnamon is a natural blood sugar stabilizer. I know diabetics that take it in pill form that it has made significant improvements in their CBG's.... I use it on and in tons of stuff from tea to soup.

I have not found that it did, Ive had one the whole time I've been loosing weight however I found it really hard to get out of the 180s as well and than again at 170....=)

Drivers lic wt 195 current wt is 151.2! The great thing was that for the first time I gave them my actual wt and did not lie! I was very proud when I got out of the 200's!

I really like their grilled chicken salads with Fat free Italian- about 350 than I can have a Jr cup of frozen yogurt for about 90 cals. =)

I waited one day after getting the one on my back. I just made sure that I took a shower right after wards and than put the ointment on. Mines pretty big and it did just fine. I say play it by ear, if it starts to bleed or crack, stop what your doing....BTW I think its pretty bad *kitten* too =) !!!!!

Have a plan and know where your going before you go. Most places have a web site that has nutritional info on it. Choose what fits you and don't even look at the menu. Applebees has skinny margaritas for 100cals a piece.

Oh yes and i love it. My friend wore her heart monitor and burned about 300 cals in 30 min but only doing the fast songs and not stopping =)
