I disagree our bodies do not need sugar. IMO sugar is a drug. More addictive then nicotine or cocaine. I’ve struggled with weight like all of us my whole life. I’m diabetic went from 12.8 to 5.5 using my fitness pal. I just eat what I’m suppose to and track. Why would someone say you can’t. You eat what you can and track.

Never buy into your eating too much. Bottom line if you eat less you lose eat more you gain. I would not eat my workout calories. If you have to eat more. To lose what would you do to maintain eat less. Think about it makes no sense!!

So true. It makes me crazy with all the post of I'm eating to little that's what I can't lose. I'm like really I never saw a person who starved to death over weight. Please if your not losing your eating too much period!!!

Losing weight is about food not exercise. You can't exercise off a bad diet. Count your calories that's how you lose. Exercise for your heart

Unless you did an iron man I hardly doubt you burned 1200 calories in the gym. We all over estimate our workout and under estimate our calorie intake

Starvation mode is such a myth in these circumstances. Weigh and measure everything you eat. People normally don't lose cause they are eating too many calories.
