Tabbychiro: Thanks....I think ill start with a regular gym shoe and work up to a shoe for cf....sounds kinda like what you did.... I've been reading shoe reviews and the minims shoes got a lot of good write ups....I'll have to check them out.... Thanks for the info... I appreciate it..!

I heard the other day.... 1 hr of walking adds 2 hrs to your life expectancy.... Sounds like a great deal to me...! Welcome to your journey, and you can do it!!!

As long as you exercise....keep your calorie count in check, and eat as healthy as possible, you'll be off to a good start...I personally don't think you need any special type of diet... JMO.... good luck with it...
