  • From Help section Q. How do I upload a photo? A. Go to the "My Home" tab, and just to the right of where your photo should be, you'll see a link labeled "Edit Photos". Just click on that link and you'll be taken to a page where you can upload any photo from your computer.

  • i like to make up a pot of rice and a crock pot dish that I can have for leftovers during the week at work. just had slow cooked bbq chicken (recipe on MFP message boards) over rice. Less than 400 cals for a nice lunch meal.

  • I have a sweet tooth also. I have been solving my craving with EDYs no sugar added fruit bars. 30 cals each. and Luigis no sugar added Italian Ices. 60 cals each. low cal but good. plus cold ice desserts in the summer are a plus. I usually have a couple at night while i watch the TV. solves a snack craving too.
  • I try and stay under about 2300 cals a day. i try and walk or ride my bike for about 40 minutes everyday. sometimes both. I usually take a day off from exercise at least once a week. I go over my cal limit about once a week. usually on the weekend. but I try and make up for it with exercise.
