think of this. if you count the weight before prep you will over estimate your calories. which means you will think you are taking in more than you really are. thereby you will reduce your caloric intake. which in turn will result in more weight loss

not fat....need to do deep knee bends.........you will see the bulging belly go away just like a hot wind after you do a few deep knee bends. you may not want to do it around people you like though.
