13 miles on my stationary bike in 40 minutes! I turned on Christian radio and committed myself to listening to 10 songs before I quit. Worked great!

I am 32 with 5 kids ages 10,9,5, and twin 2yr olds. I have about 60 lbs to lose to get to 140. Love to have friends in the same boat. Other moms understand the time restraints and other obstacles!

My starting weight for the New Year - 202.4 My plan - lots of dedication and hard work! Lol. Seriously though I plan on a lot of exercise and making sure to take time out for myself. I also plan to cook what I need to eat instead of eating whatever the kids want!
