Looking for friends to go through this journey with. My goal is 50+ lbs to lose.
I would love to hear from others their success with mainly walking and running as their exerscise regimen. I am a busy Mom with 5 young kids between 9 and twin 2yr olds and the only time I can find to work out is 9PM so I'm starting with walking with girlfriends 4-5 times a week.
Has anyone tried the tummy tuck system to accelerate loss of stomach fat and what were the results? -
