i have this video set sitting in my entertainment center.... maybe I'll pull it out tonight and do it. joining all of you might give me motivation to finish it. I started it last spring and never made it to the full 30 days because I started running instead. i'll let ya'll know tomorrow

that's my thought too... I use it as a marketing tool for my business. I find facebook more effective for personal use.

Don't get involved... stay on your path with your current man and let this loser ruin his life/relationship on his own. I find that in these situation, even when you try to help it always comes back to bite YOU in the *kitten* and you lose something.
