started at 245.. currently at 184.. still have a lot more to go but im much happier and MUCH healthier!!!!! :bigsmile:

I'm 25 and I am on the right track now but at my heaviest I was 245 (on a 5'2 frame). I'll tell you there is no easy way to lose weight however finding something you enjoy doing is key. I realized I really liked hiking with my dogs and it made me happy and them happy. I also commited to at least going for a walk everyday…
