OH, PS: I do hit my vape every once in a while, at night if I notice I'm being cranky, or if I just feel like it. I don't vape all day, I don't need it... but sometimes I just like it. I'm thinking about looking into that therapeutic essential oil thing (Monq), but eh, don't wanna trade one habit for another... we'll see.

I get cold when my water intake is increased... which makes sense. Perhaps with keto, and the need to urinate more often, the effects of drinking lots of water don't have as much impact temperature wise... I've been hot the last few days, although our thermostat is wonky too...
