  • I think its quite common Right handed but right hand is about 20% weaker than left.. that's why I hardl;y do any bar work and stick to dumbbells .. once a week I also concentrate on my smaller and weaker side for 15 minutes

  • Nice work :) I can easily 4000 to 3000 calories on Saturday and when I'm usually on 1800 to 2200 on the week days. I usually try and keep it to 2500 on Saturday and not more than 3500 on sunday .. still losing between 0.5 and 1 kg a week good luck with your journey :)
