i get pissed off and moody when I skip my workout just like this morning! i beat myself up all day, but try to make up for it by focusing on my diet for the day and then I have my trainer kick my *kitten* the next day for missing the day before! That's when a trainer really comes in handy!

according to MFP it says 87g daily protein for me and that is putting in 90 mins of high intensity working out, but my trainer recommends I take in 200-300g daily to accommodate my work out routine! so in my opinion i wouldn't worry to much about going over if you're exercising as well!

i'm guilty! i do weigh a lot of stuff (protein, veggies, fruit) but cereal, oats, rice, noodles ALL my trouble foods including peanut butter AND salad dressing i have used cups and spoons :( and yes i licked the spoon :( i feel like a dummy...i still lost weight but to think how much more I could have lost!!!!! ugh

mine has always been my diet! I LOVE TO EAT! I love breads, noodles and rice, but those 3 things KILL my weight loss unless I KILL myself at the gym! I gave up them up for a long time and had great results, but I just never felt satisfied!

I just got done competing in a gym challenge! it was awesome cause i am super competitive and I too need that "something to work towards"! I would love to do kick boxing which my gym offers along with a ton of other classes but they are only offered during the hours I work which leaves me little options!

I've been considering the insanity work out or something like it to do at home and then going to the gym for my training! I'd just hate to spend all that $$ just to find out it sucks! I had a fun pilates based aerobic dvd that I just loved, but I can't find the darn thing anywhere!
