I just found this group! I'm going to the store tonight to get some weights. I plan to start in the next day or two. I will have to do it in the morning before work because I don't have the motivation to do it after work in the evening.

Although I don't use protein powder, nor am I vegan, I bought a book called "365 Vegan Smoothies" because I have a horrible imagination when coming up with new smoothie ideas....LOL.
