  • What did you eat for lunch? Some fat will push you over, but it's the type of fat that's GOOD for you. I don't track fat in general I track the sat fat. I think that's a more accurate picture of my food choices. But yes eat your cals, just learn to look at everything food is made of to help with future choices.
  • Wow that month went FAST. Sat - 2 running 3.5 walking Sun - 7 on the ellip 12.5 for the weekend. I'm so excited, I broke 100 for the month already (not including walking...which I included for us, but not for my ticker count) woot!

  • Wed 4 miles on the elip nothing for Thurs or Fri. I should have put my tracker on for all the walking around the mall I did yesterday! Yikes. However, tomorrow is the BIG DAY. My 50K race. Eiiip. If all goes well I will be adding an insane 31 yes thirty-one miles tomorrow. Can't wait to let you know how it goes!

  • Fri was an 8.5 mile trail run followed by a 14.35 mile bike ride. Soooo that's 5.4 "walking/running". 13.9 more miles from me! Sat I took the day off b/c it was my bday and today was a bday part two type of day hahaha.
