I hurled a vacuum cleaner down a flight of stairs and it knocked him down, then I threw a 6 pack of rootbeer. Then I got the hell outta there.

Isn't this considered harrassment? Can you call the police to file a complaint? I wouldn't be surprised if people like this are harrassing others as well.
