I log my exercise as my cals burned during exercise - cals burned from normal activity(not BMR) Hope that helps :smile:

I do mine once a month b/c often even if the scale is not moving, my measurements are changing.

A lot can change in a month!! You have been doing the 30DS, so you have been lifting some weights & those squats, lunges & chunches are giving your muscles a workout too. Keep with it, let Jillian kick your butt for the next month & give you her your all and you will see a difference in a month...trust me. Take some pics…

I just took my befores...yikes(though they look much better than they did 36 Lbs ago ;) ) I'm going to start on Thurs & will be doing it 3ish times per week...can't wait for mor progress pics!!

It is a great way to show yourself just how bad you used to eat. Even when you think you are going with a healthier option at a restaurant, they still seem to pack it with extra cals and sodium that you don't want. But don't sweat it, it will only serve to reinforce the positive changes you are making :happy:

True, I have seen some big portions come out of there, but I would expect their nutritional info to be for the meal I order, rather than for a portion of it. IMHO :happy:

I have the FT7 & love it. You enter your stats and it gives you current HR, calories burned & duration of the workout. When you're done it gives you avg HR & peak HR. I got mine from walmart.com for $90ish(the cheapest I found it)

I will if I go for a walk at work, but if I'm doing a "sweaty" workout, I wear workout attire. Don't let your clothes prevent you from getting some exercise in...go for it !! :smile:

I use this along with other cardio, so I shred 3ish times a week. When I could get through the whole level 1 without stopping and doing the moves closer to the advanced level than the beginner level, then I moved onto level 2. I would rather master the moves and work hard on a lower level than move on just b/c it's day…

I'm on my feet all day in a hospital. If i wear sneakers, my feet kill. So I started wearing Dansko/Sanita clogs and they have reduced foot and back pain almost completely. You might want to look into some, clogoutlet.com has factory seconds(minor blemishes) for $50ish. I would suggest going to a local store to get sized…
