Me too... recently divorced. Was down 50 lbs, then went back to school full time, while working part time & throw getting divorced in there too & I just packed the lbs back on. Trying to get back into it, I have to, I'm not happy with the way I feel. Time for things to start looking up :)

Great Job everyone!! Shoulders, arms and Ab Ripper today. I went up on my weights from last time and it was definitely better. I also did 30 mins. on the elliptical :)

Good news!! Salt water is more buoyant than fresh water, so maybe the saline pool will counteract the fat loss and you can still float:tongue:

Kenpo today, went by very fast. Got a little thrown off with the combo's so I did them slower to get them right. Does anyone use weighted gloves for kenpo??

I have the Livestrong 13.0E and LOVE it. It is front drive, 20" stride, many preloaded programs, customizable programs... My advice would be to take the time to go to stores and try a bunch out to find the right fit. Everyone is built differently, so what one person likes might not be the right fit for you. I eat them as well, the only thing bad is the sodium, but like you I don't go over even with the LC meal(s). So I don't see a problem with them.

When I was in CO skiing, using my HRM, a day of hard skiing was around 1100 cals. I miss that, our small New England mountains don't have the same effect :( I need to plan another trip to CO :)

I did the shred and elliptical together. But see how you feel, you might find the shred wears you out at first, but after a few days you might be able to add the treadmill to your routine. Good Luck!!
