in terms of actual getting ready- 30 min is completely reasonable. Just enough time to dress, brush teeth, 5 min face, get some coffee and throw together a sandwich for munch. I usually add about 15min of laying in bed not wanting to get out the coziness

Hmm ,although I haven't struggled with ED myself, I can see and understand your frustration. I know eating a larger volume of food might be difficult, have you tried incorporated more high ca/ energy dense foods( cheese, nuts, etc)

have patience.. sometimes it comes off in chunks.. could also depend on your macros as well ( excess sodium=water weight) It also helps to keep weighing consistent ( same time of day, clothes, scale, etc) It is much more about a change in composition and inches than the number on the scale
