GOOD MORNING! :) Add me, I am here as well on my journey... no diet for me... every day every meal - I take it one step at a time so I don't keep eating the same things and going back to my old ways. We can do it together!!! It is better when you have support and people that understand where your coming from. -

I tracked everything today :) Calories yes - SODIUM UGHHHH!!!!! NOOOO >:) - Its amazing how seeing my intake (cals/sodium/sugar etc.) on a daily basis has opened my eyes!!! YES! B)

*Yesterday! Yes No - tough day, went slightly over but made a better choice about what I was eating. Big change - said no to a lot of bad foods yesterday in the midst of mental and emotional exhaustion on various levels. No - recovering from Sundays workout! AHHH LOL back on track today

Awesome! I do a lot of walking- especially on the treadmill. It helps me clear my mind and I feel great. I also do about 45 minutes and begin increasing here and there.
