Ok so I managed Mon-Fri - wasn't easy but it got slightly better as each day passed (although still can't do push ups), then missed Saturday due to other committments and actually felt gutted....started again yesterday and actually that 1 day break did me the world of good, I wanted to make up for the lost day so worked…

I am going to report measurements every week. Week 1 won't be exactly right as I don't have a tape measure so did it with ribbon and then measured with a ruler so its probably not accurate. Will see what difference there is after 1 full week (will measure on Sunday evening). I am also taking photos, which I will post at…

My fave are either crunches or arm weight ones... I absolutely hate the press ups (can hardly do 1...I get a pain in my shoulder joint as soon as I start them) and the same as you, the last exercise where you go from side to side lifting the weights...pure sadistic!!! Haven't measured or weighed myself since I started but…

Oouuu now this is interesting. I've always heard Green Tea aids weight loss, not sure I believed it. Then my friend told me last week to drink it by the bucket load, the stronger the better, as this is what she does to keep slim.....and she is very slim. Sooo, maybe there is something in it. I drink about 1-2 cups a day…

Thanks everyone. I think I'm going to try going to bed a bit earlier and getting up an hour earlier and go for a run...hubby is still home that time, and Oscar is usally asleep, so should work out ok....and by the sounds of it, it will set me up for the day!! I will hopefully start this week and see how it goes! Claire x
-
Thanks for all the advice....I can't work out at lunchtime (no showers) but your right I can go for a brisk 10-15 minute walk in my lunch hour. I can also get up half an hour earlier, I know its just a case of breaking the habit of getting up at 6.30 and getting used to a 6.00am start instead. I will also think about…

Good diet and exercise will obviously help....but if you don't have time for lots of exercise and hate doing sit ups, how about buying one of those stomach/abdominal belt thingies and use it whilst dieting, it may help. Claire x
