Okay, for everyone who would like to give constructive help on how to get off of this plateau, I would love it. I'm a mom of 5 kids and work full time so I know part of my problem is I'm not exercising enough. Anything else?

If you choose to eat those extra calories, I would eat healthy snacks or eat less ice cream.

I like the second dress better but the first one looks like it would disguise hte belly area more so I might go for the first one for that reason. My belly is always what I want to hide.
