I haven't been logging in a few days either. It's one of those things that can easily become an obsession. And I mostly eat similar things every day for breakfast and lunch, We rotate through similar dinners. Only eating out is different. I go back and forth on if I should log. It's been incredibly windy here too. Bad for…

Since I didn't do my 50k (did 30k instead) I was looking for a different 50k. Still debating it. There's 2 big reasons not to do one, asthma hates going up (even just hiking) and my one hip doesn't seem to like longer runs. It tightened up around mile 20 in my road marathon and mile 17 in my 30k trail. 🤷🏼♀️ I'll discuss…

5 mile run yesterday. Took the doggo this morning for a short walk (about a mile). I'll do weights this afternoon or evening. 18 miles running for the month

@quilteryoyo I'm sorry about your neighbor. And the time of year. October/November is always hard for me since dad died in October and his bday is November. @shanaber Oh, I've cleaned stuff out and have tons to get rid of, it's the final step of actually getting it out of the house I'm stuck on! I love the rug! It reminds…

I was supposed to do 3 miles today but I determined sleep was more important. 😴 😆 Tomorrow is supposed to be high 90s so I'll try to get out early for my 5 miles.
-
😆 we would have the same issue. I'm not the one in charge of dusting. DH does it but not as... thoroughly as I would.
-
@rheddmobile most definitely! I got a few on my amazon list (because it's easy to keep things saved, not that I will necessarily buy from there). I need to do some more research. And most days I work out after work when DH is home. I will not be buying anything else for a while. I currently keep all the dumbbells and…

@shanaber The puppies are so cute! 😍
-
I already have dumbbells in 8-30 pounds otherwise I would have looked at something like that. I think since most of the exercises I will be doing with higher weights are squats and deadlifts I will get an Olympic bar set. Not sure my arms will ever get strong enough to do much over 35 🤣

I like to keep y'all on your toes! LOL

Hi y'all! I don't remember when I fell off the challenge, but as usual, I'm back. :D With my coach, I'm never sure how many miles I'll do a month since she gives me my plan week by week. I would think 50 would be a safe bet. I did about 42 in March but that included my 30k (we won't talk about how that went...) and I had…

I've been logging daily, staying within my current calories. I've been sticking to my workouts too. I even hopped back on the bike and did my workout last night. Seat was fine, no pain and minimal discomfort. I had my *TMI* period last week so I'm thinking it was just that? So weird how bodies work LOL I started using my…
-
@shanaber I would consider a new seat but we can't get the old one off! I put the bike together and had the seat in a good spot that worked for me amd rode it a few times, no issues. But DH said it wasn't tight enough. He tightened it which made the front of the seat go up and now we can't loosen the nut/bolt.

Hi everyone! I know I've been MIA for like ever. I have not gone back and read any missed posts. I hope you'll have me. 😆 What's up with me the last few months? Work has been very busy. DH and I took a short trip to Vegas in March, which was much needed. I got a formal adhd diagnosis and started medication last week. It's…

I'm struggling to track food again. I've been feeling off. Sad. Missing my dad even though it's not a birthday or anniversary. Just random grief. 🤷🏼♀️

@quilteryoyo I swear Samsung has something similar. Yes! Object eraser. I've never used it but I thought there was something
-
I have the s21. I looked at google but it wasn't available when I needed a phone. (Mine was dying and because covid I had very little choice). I'd wait for s22. Ive tried other brands but nothing has been as reliable as samsung. Pretty much any new phone camera will be better than the older generations. My S21 is AMAZING.…

Trying to catch up... I prefer free shipping (and will buy something else to reach the threshold cuz at least I get something tangible for my money LOL). I'd much rather shipping be included. I hate getting to the checkout and realizing shipping will add X to my order. Protein is great for helping keep you fuller longer.…

@CMorning99 One bad review can actually be a good thing. As long as you reply with facts and not emotion. A lot of people are distrustful of accounts with all 5 star, positive reviews. They think they've bought reviews. Basically, I am trying to say yes, getting a bad review stings but it usually won't hurt your business.…

I have not recorded food or worked out much this week. I got my period about week early and my hip has been bothering me. Therefore I skipped my weekly weigh in cuz emotionally I can't handle if I gained this week.
-
@CMorning99 I wouldn't be surprised if the PD was the one "stealing water". His type love projecting the *kitten* they do on others. @shanaber I had to google photos to remember which trail that was. LOL Yes, we did that one. Took forever, but found a photo I took there
-
That sounds about when it happened for me as well. I don't frequent the website much. And I noticed I had to log in each time Weird. Glad it's not just me!

For some reason the MFP website makes it look like I have no friends and nothing in my feed. On my phone, I get all my friend's updates and the MFP posts. Very odd.

@swenson19d I'm in Arizona. I go to Mayo and they are usually pretty good. Since covid, appointments just seem to take forever to get. @shanaber Yes, I just need to reach back out to them. My primary said it'd take a while to get an appointment and her notes said around 1/28. And I don't know if that means I'd have an…

@Avidkeo Mental health help is ridiculous here too. I started with my primary care doctor to get a referral to psych because trying to navigate mental health is nearly impossible. Then throw in depression, anxiety, adhd etc and it is even harder. Like I need to follow up with someone because the date my primary gave for…

@CMorning99 it always amuses me the lengths criminals will go to. That just seems like way too much work. Although maybe 3d printers make things easier these days? Iseear those things can print anything
-
@Avidkeo Anxiety and depression often come from adhd especially in women who are often undiagnosed. (I may have went down a research loop before I got into the doctor LOL) @cmorning99 I wonder if the restaurant called Visa or Mastercard (whatever card type it was) and they could see who issued it. That is the only thing I…

I can go both ways. I will overeat when bored or need a dopamine hit. And I will forget to eat when I'm in the zone. This is definitely related to adhd. So tracking and using hinger cues seems to be sticking a good balance right now. @shanaber Like I totally understand the supply chain issues but it's the not letting…

Last couple of days I have been over but not worried because I had a run of days where I was under quite a bit. Not on purpose, just wasn't as hungry. I am trying to go by a mix of hunger cues and calories.

After 4 years of service it seems my kitchen scale has *kitten* the bed.
