Conway, AR! Hey Yall!

I called my doctor. She said it is due to the drastic change... sitting on the couch to exercising. She said not sure why it happens. Some ppl it happens to and some it doesn't (YAY ME!!) She said to continue my birth control and the exercising and it should work itself out. Thanks for all the tips, advice, and sharing.…

Get a FitBit, it automatically loads to the FitBit website then that website transfer it to MFP as exercise/calories burned

I'm on Cymbalta and have not yet decided to get off. However one thing I've noticed and just putting it out there. My doctor ran a test on me and it showed I was deficient in Vitamin D (the sun vitamin), I started taking over the counter Vitamin D plus calcium along with my multi vitamin. I've noticed a major improvement…

Yall are not alone! May not have a significant other but you do have significant MFP friends :)

He is without a doubt the best thing that has happened to me. He loves me as I am, but supportive of my decision to lose weight. He even bought me a FitBit!! I've had it for about 3 hrs and LOVE IT!!! It is way easie to lose when you have positivity behind you!

I so have the same tought process as imchicbad. Feel free to add me too if you are positive atmosphere wanting positive atmosphere!!

You also need to keep in mind that you are exercising ie. building muscle. You may not be losing pounds because you are gaining muscle. That is why it is also helpful to take measurements. May not lose weight but might still lose inches!

Hey! Conway Arkansas here!
-
My bracelet is from hallmark and love it. They have really cute spacers too! I love the idea of the angel. I think that will have to be my first too.
-
Love the idea. My boyfirend got me a charm bracelet for Christmas 2011. I currently have 2 charms (dragonfly & dauschaund) I'm soo looking forward to a reason to buy more. Maybe when I hit my ultimate goal, I can find one that is a scale. LOL!

Hey yall! Chelle here from Conway. New to MFP and loving it so far!
-
ROFLMAO!!
-
Thanks for the info! I will for sure look at pros/cons on both.
-
I read that on the fitbit website and that is what perked my interest. Most of the perometers I've tried have to be worn on the waist. I get home from a long day and it has only registered 100 steps. Uggh!
-
Thank you very much!!

Thanks everyone! I think yall (yes, I'm from the south) have talked me into it. I especially like that you don't necessarly have to wear it on your waist like most pedomiters. When your overweight it isn't the most ideal of locations.
