I basically just self-diagnosed this last week. I've been suffering with every symptom for yrs now, and i FINALLY found something that fits. I was honestly scared to go to the Dr., but I'm not so much anymore. But I actually found this group and this discussion while googling "IUD linked to PCOS" because I feel like none…

BUMP :) I'm back, after months of slacking! Long story, but I DID quit smoking a week ago today, and am confident that I will stick with that healthy life choice for good! Now, I feel like I need to be careful because I've already been terrible about eating and excercising for months and lately I've had the urge to snack a…

I started May 6th. Started off with a bang! But last few weeks i've been stuck. I feel so much healthier, though, so i'm trying to keep that in mind and I know it'll pick back up if I keep going.

YES! For the most part. Once in a great while I have my lonely moments. I've been single for a few yrs other than one brief friendship/fling lol. I am happily single. I'm focusing on myself and my handsome little man  Really, not much time for much else!

I wouldn't worry yourself too much! Be happy! I started May 6th (a little earlier than you) and and have lost 21lbs. I have a good 60+ lbs to go before my BMI is in the "normal" range. If I wouldn't have been slackin the past couple wks, I probably could've lost another 5 or so. So, yeah, everybody's right, it all…

Good job! It really feels good saying no, doesn't it?! I mean, after the initial sadness and yearning lol. I try to remind myself that afterward I can either feel regret if I give in or I can feel proud of myself for taking another baby step towards success!

Good job! Why can't people offer healthy treats!? Like some yummy cold fresh fruit or veggie platters! I work in a dispatch office for a cab company and drivers bring stuff up a lot. The top 5 items are; donuts, muffins, pizza, popeye's chicken and fast food. It's a shame lol.. I guess it's the cheapest most convenient…
