Try icing your shins once a day. It will help with pain the next time you walk also if you're having pain you can ice when you finish and that will help with immediate pain. Good luck!

The hubs and I are taking our 2 kids to Waikiki for a week in August. We are so excited! We haven't traveled in about 5 years and this time there won't be any in-laws in sight! Just us. Did I mention how excited I am? :)
