I'm also new, been using mfp for a week now but no luck with weight loss ....grrrrr

Thats wonderful!! how did you lose weight so fast! Ive been doing the good eating thing and logging everything, drinking tons of water and Im on one phentermine pill a day. ....I havent lost hardly a pound in three weeks. Im soooooo discouraged.
