Feeling Fit and Energetic! I am down 20 lbs and 4 inches since January. Quite embarrassed to post the below before picture, but that was me this exact time last year. I finally decided to put my Health as a priority this year.

    Okay, so I've gotten 3 PM's telling me its 21 lbs not 20... don't short yourself that lb. Okay, so I rounded down a pound. That is correct. 21 lbs lost since January 2013. :smile:

    Thats wonderful!! how did you lose weight so fast! Ive been doing the good eating thing and logging everything, drinking tons of water and Im on one phentermine pill a day. ....I havent lost hardly a pound in three weeks. Im soooooo discouraged.

    I've noticed a lot of people on here talk bad about Isagenix because of its MLM business plan. Well, the products work, so who cares. I've combined the IsaPro shake & supplement diet with Insanity (from Jan - Mar). I am now doing a P90X/Insanity Hybrid. Beachbody is another MLM program, but I'm not a coach or anything. So, again it works, its the real deal. I've honestly never felt so good in my life.

    Also, I went through a two week span where I actually gained a couple pounds doing almost ALL cardio with Insanity, plus sticking to my diet perfectly. I guess our bodies just need time to adjust sometimes. Don't be to discouraged! Remember, the scale only tells a little of the story. Looking back, even when I gained 3 lbs during that span, I lost an inch off my waist. You can do it!
