I like to eat Popsicles for a snack. I like them because they are low calories (as low as 40 calories), they taste yummy, and they take a long time to eat making it feel like I am eating more. Plus it's a snack I don't mind sharing with my daughter because they are cheap!

This might be TMI, but sometimes I don't have a BM for two days straight so I know not to weigh in if my weigh in day falls in that time period because I know my weight will be higher. I wait until things are "regular" again. :blushing:

"I have to pee like a rushing race horse." Means I have to use the bathroom really bad. Up until a few years ago I thought the phrase was, "I have to pee like a Russian race horse." It makes a lot more sense now.

I eat the same exact lunch every day and my mid day snack must be around 100 calories. Then for dinner I know I am allowed no more than 700 calories. I drink a diet coke every day. Just one. However, the sweetness in it causes you to crave sweets. At least I know it does for me. When I was drinking it all day long I ate all day long. What I do know is, it's bad for your teeth and causes you to eat more.

I can do proper form jumping jacks for 30 seconds with out feeling as though I will die. When I started 1.5 months ago I couldn't even do 10 seconds worth. It's partly because I my muscles are stronger, and partly because my mind is stronger. ;)
