i roast mine for 20 minutes on 275 degrees. i use a cookie cooling rack on top of the baking sheet so the heat circulates and i don't have to flip them. i'm not a big fan of veggies, and i'm obsessed with kale chips! i make a big batch several times a week and i eat a ton in a sitting! i'm so glad several of my friends…

i'm with ya. i try so hard to like veggies, and i find it quite difficult. one way i sneak some veggies into my spaghetti sauce if i don't have time to shred or puree fresh veggies is organic baby food (they are just pureed veggies & water). in a pot of sauce, i will throw a jar of green beans, squash, carrots & sweet…

i have hypoparathyroidism (low calcium levels in my blood). i get really bad leg & feet cramps. i have upped my vit d and magnesium supplements (in addition to the calcium i take everyday) and it seems to be helping.

i could NOT believe how much stronger i was after starting pilates classes 3.5 years ago. i love it. i don't really do much strength training beyond pilates b/c i get such a great workout on the reformer & cadillac. great that you are branching out and trying new things!

kayvee....I do two 1-hour equipment sessions each week. It's not cardio, but pilates isn't listed under strength training in myfitnesspal. I don't know how to track it (i just started on MFP on sunday). I was thinking about just choosing it under cardio and putting 50 calories or something? thoughts? :)
