What is everyone's weekly grocery list/must haves?

So I am curious, what does everyone's weekly grocery list look like? I end up going twice a week, a big one on the weekends and a second one to grab more fresh fruit and veggies. Comparing lists may help us come up with new ideas!
My must haves:
Bananas
Greek yogurt
Grape Nuts
Mixed greens
Onions
Carrots
chicken breasts
sparkling water (lacroix, mendota springs)
brussel sprouts
asparagus
blue diamonds bbq almonds
baby potatoes
garlic
cheese snack sticks
lean lunch meat
creamy mild dijon mustard
eggs
strawberries
whole grain pasta
I have to add that my other half will usually do another trip to get the "junk" food (aka frozen pizzas, lean pockets, chips, etc. )
