lean cuisines and lean pockets
That's all I buy on a weekly basis. When I get to go to costco I get bottled water, some rotisserie chickens, natural peanut butter, soy milk ,and other odds and ends.0 -

Yum everyone list sounds soooo good!
Mine is usually in produce, I stopped clipping most coupons, while i saved a LOT i was buying processed pre packaged foods that were loaded with salt!
I actually have a diet meal plan from "The Firm" and i love it!
Some things are
Eggs, fresh greens (I love arugula) any veggie more colors the better! Avocado, Hummus, tofu, Arnold 100cal deli thins, Greek yogurt, Almond coconut milk, Kashi cereals, cottage cheese, string cheese, whatever fruit is on sale, chicken, pork, fish (i live by a marina so its usually fresh!!), nuts and skinny cow ice cream for dessert! Oh yeah lots of herbs and spices0 -

That's just about my standard list. Everything else is whatever I need for a recipe or what I'm craving that week ^_^0
