Why on earth as a man would you ever buy soy milk? The last thing a man needs is estrogen pumping through their body.

Yum everyone list sounds soooo good!
Mine is usually in produce, I stopped clipping most coupons, while i saved a LOT i was buying processed pre packaged foods that were loaded with salt!
I actually have a diet meal plan from "The Firm" and i love it!
    Some things are
Eggs, fresh greens (I love arugula) any veggie more colors the better! Avocado, Hummus, tofu, Arnold 100cal deli thins, Greek yogurt, Almond coconut milk, Kashi cereals, cottage cheese, string cheese, whatever fruit is on sale, chicken, pork, fish (i live by a marina so its usually fresh!!), nuts and skinny cow ice cream for dessert! Oh yeah lots of herbs and spices

I really want to go to the grocery store after reading everyone else's lists! My staples include:

    pantry:
Crystal Light (peach and raspberry iced tea flavors)
Special K whole wheat crackers or All-Bran multi-grain crackers
Honey Bunches of Oat with almonds
    sugar free peanut butter
    low sodium tomato sauce
    pickled jalapenos
    brown rice
    rice noodles
    low sodium soy sauce
    crushed red pepper flakes
    sesame oil
    Sriracha sauce

    fresh:
    sliced ham
    pepperoni
    skim-milk mozzarella
    skim milk
    low-fat yogurt
    Smart Balance Light margarine
    wheat tortillas
whole wheat or light english muffins
    bananas
    apples
    pears
    peaches or nectarines
    bell peppers
    celery
    garlic
    ginger root

    frozen:
    peas
    green beans
    broccoli
I occasionally buy Healthy Choice meals if they're on sale - not too often because of the high sodium. The kung pao steamer one is good!
