Amazing! What did you do to lose that much? I'm 8 pounds down from a 100 pound goal. Im tracking calories, have cut out sugar, white starches and processed food. It's slow coming off and Im teying to stay motivated!

Plain coffemate powdered creamer is low calorie. You can use it with sugar free coffee syrups if you want different flavors.

Add me please! I'm 250 and just starting. Would love to have some friends to keep me motivated. Seeing that others are sticking with it and logging their food helps alot. I dont always eat the healthiest butmy goal is to eat healthier and under my calorie budget. Good luck to everyone!

One half of a Jack's thin crust pepperoni pizza. I sprinkle parmesan cheese on it. Under 400 calories and so yummy! I could eat it every day but have it once a week. Feels like a big cheat meal.

Im new too but have been in a codependent relationship for years. Food is my crutch. My weight has gone up 80 pounds and I swing between optimism that I can lose it and feeling hopeless that I wont. I must embrace habits that are good for me long term and thaymt is hard.
