I suppose what you can do is look at the number of calories per 100ml and compare this with other brands of sunflower oil. It says on the Fry Light spray that per 100ml = 520kcal and with each spray is measured at 0.2ml. Therefore the calories in 0.2ml spray is 1.04kcal.
