Great results!!!!!! I just finished level 2 day 20 this morning. Level 2 is very annoying. I lost inches, but put on lbs. My husband told me to incorporate running, I may do that for level 3.

I tried it a couple of years ago, and just purchased the bag 2 days ago. My main purpose is to maintain regularity. I tried the pill form and did not like. So far it works for my purposes. Hopefully a perk is weight lose too.

Only speaking from my experience, but I would say both are key depending on what your trying to achieve. Your body type and what foods you include in your diet can make a difference in your results. Question, I see more muscle toning in my legs but not my arms because I squat like a mad woman. My Arms are thicker and not as defined. Should I increase the weights I use? I didnt want large muscles so I stick to between 3 and 5 lbs.
