yea girlfriend... you don't need a gym to work legs. Squats and Lunges will do amazing things over time. Google and youtube is your best friend for workouts ;-)

Honestly, just do what you feel is best. My practice probably isn't healthy, lol but I drink like once a month but when I do, I go all out wastey, wastey. I look at is as a treat and I don't feel bad.

D. All holidays and vacays are "balls out" for me. I am strict 95% of the time so I feel I deserve these holiday treats.

Quitting is not an option, my friend :) It takes at LEAST 4 weeks to start noticing changes in your body. 1300 calories may be too low, especially if you work out. I stick around 1600-1800 and I have abs. Your body needs fuel. It may be eating on itself thus causing a plateau.

I normally go with a 1/2 cup of egg beaters to make an omelet with veggies or I drink my shakeology. Don't skip breakfast. That slows down your metabolism and causes your body to go into starvation mode thus causing weight gain. One should eat within an hour of waking up.

This is absolutely true. Your body goes into whats called "starvation mode" and pumps off a bunch of hormones, one being insulin. This is unhealthy and will contribute to weight gain. For example, I burn about 600 calories per day working out so I make sure to eat 1,800. It is unhealthy for any woman to go under 1200.

No. I consume the same amount of calories whether I exercise or not so it doesn't matter. If I got so hung up on logging exercise I would make myself crazy.

Our society is just so fast paced and "on the go" that people do not take care of themselves and cook as healthy as they used to. Both parents usually have to work to make a decent income which makes it hard to cook given that back in the "old days" the wife had a home cooked meal prepared. We need to educate ourselves and…

For me, it's so easy. I just replace anything that requires milk with almond or coconut milk. These two are the healthiest forms. Try to stay away from soy as it is a GMO.

Interval training is key. I love that as a lady, you realize that weight training is just as important if not, more important than cardio. I think your routine is great. If you're looking for drastic results, that is why nutrition will come into play.

The time of day you work out does not matter. What works for one doesn't work for all. For me, I like getting my Insanity done with in the morning. To keep me from eating 2 hours before bed, I drink green or chai tea :)

Absolutely not. Nothing is as pure as water. Hate water like I do? I add in oranges, lemons, limes, and strawberries :)

Exactly. I shop the perimeter of the grocery store. Nothing boxed, frozen, or canned. Everything is homemade. Anything I buy has 5 ingredients or less. Clean eating is the best way to go. and who says protein shakes can't be clean? I buy the ones with all natural ingredients.

Everyone is different. The body is not an exactly science. You may be seeing bloat go away. That's awesome!

I find that google is my own best friend. I just research on my own. Try to stick to the most simple and clean ingredients and it's not complicated.

Make your kids eat what you do. Just because they're kids doesn't mean they need bad snacks. If they're hungry enough, they will eats whats in the house, lol.

Diet alone can definitely change your physique. 30% gym and 70% diet!

Yes. I do not have an allergy but I went gluten and flour free in order for my abs to come in. I have had success but ya have to get creative with recipes, that's for sure :)
