Yes, and I love them! However, make sure you get coached or trained on how to use them properly. I think without some help getting started, I would have probably injured myself. Form is insanely important...I cannot stress that enough.

Progress is measured in more ways than on a scale and even a little progress is still progress. Look at how far you can run now, how much you can lift now, what your body fat is, how your clothes fit, etc...tons of ways to measure how far you've come.

I can't have a cheat day or it will turn into a cheat week, month or year. Once I've reached my goal though I intend to plan my "cheat meal" in advance so it isn't an impulsive, spur of the moment decision.
