My goal for January is 45 miles!

Many people try to only weigh themselves once a week on the same day/time. This way you see bigger changes and don't focus on small loses or gains throughout the week since weight fluctuates quite a bit. If I weigh myself everyday, let alone multiple times a day, it just cause more stress than it is worth.

Wear something really snug under your normal workout clothes. I used to wear a pair of men's under armor shorts and that helped alot...You can also find some things in the underwear section of stores that is menan to hold in the tummy that will make working out much more comfortable.

I personally do not think that it is inappropriate, however I know at my university's gym they require at least a tank top with their main reasoning being the prevention of the spread of bacteria and skin infections like MRSA and other forms of staff.
