Based on the other teams that have reported (at this time) and what I can tell, we are in 5th out of 22 teams! Great start, Ladies!! Not bad with two that didn't report a calorie burn, a wedding & a holiday weekend looming! Steady numbers will get us there better than sprinting out of the gate. Let's keep it up!

It doesn't matter to me how you want to get your calorie burns to me. Any ol' way is fine, just make sure that you do (at some point) get a response from me so you know I have you recorded. :)

I absolutely would!! Anytime your body get s a little heated up (even if you don't break a sweat) and your heart rate goes up, you are getting cardio and burning lots of extra calories!! Love to have you on the team!!
