Protein and fiber are the name of the game to feeling full for longer. Focus on lean versions of those and you will definitely notice a difference.

My sentiments exactly!

I walk at lunch with a gal I work with for about 30-35 minutes (good for about 200 calories) and three times a week, I'll run 3-5 miles (400-600 calories) once I get home after work. Plus I run stairs to the top of the building on my morning and afternoon breaks (I don't track calories for these).

I like to mix up a box of pudding and put in the half cup ziploc containers. You can even top it with a little fat free Cool Whip and a drizzle of chocolate syrup if you'd like or a teaspoon or so of mini chocolate chips or a few finely chopped nuts or whatever your little heart desires. I also really like the Snickers…

Proteins (preferably lean ones) and fiber help me feel full for longer. I make sure to get plenty of both during any meal or snack. There are also healthy foods that are higher in calories, like nuts, for example. Fruits and vegetables are something that are good to round out your meals with or to use to snack on in…

I joined MFP in September 2010, proceeded to lose about 40 pounds over the next year. Then spent about 6 months putting half of it back on. I'm restarting again (with the friends who didn't leave me). We can do this. Add me if you'd like.

I'd go with the smaller size and don't throw it in the dryer. Instead hang dry it. When it gets a bit too big, then start throwing it in the dryer and viola! it fits again.

<===== finds it HILARIOUS (like, uproariously hilarious) when people think they can come on this legitimate, totally kick *kitten*, real deal fitness website and peddle their cr@p. It's just absolutely priceless (and pathetically sad) how truly clueless they are.   (They really need a LMAO emoticon or…

Don't let running intimidate you. Go at your own pace and set goals!! It's amazing how quickly our bodies adapt and change based on what we ask of them. A bit of motivation and an all-around kickass blog for your reading pleasure. http://yousignedupforwhat.blogspot.com/

I personally use RunKeeper & haven't ever had trouble with it in your neck of the woods, but that could be partially due to phone type, too. I've heard of CardioTrainer (or was it CardioFIt?) that another fellow Droid user really liked. Haven't heard of any of the others, but I'm one to be happy with what I've got until it…

Ok, Team Moxie. We had a crew member that had to withdraw for personal reasons and have a new member that is very eager to join us. She should be here momentarily to introduce herself.

Look! I'm sorry that I expressed my opinion. I did NOT cut on anybody else so I'd appreciate the same respect. As for working hard.... well, obviously, Slinkybaz, you can't see my diary. Only my friends can and I don't permit "friends" to stick around if they treat me like you are. I'm going to participate. I'm going to be…

Call me a party pooper, but I liked this quite a lot better when it was a challenge and not a "game". I just feel like this isn't about calorie burns anymore, but about chance and luck. *deep sigh* Bump
