I have been doing JIllian Michaels 30 Day Shred since July 1st. I usually do this first thing in the morning in the family room.
This is what happened this morning:
After about a week or so my 10 and 6 year olds could recite the 20 minute session verbatim, so it was decided that my 10 year old would select songs from Youtube and my 6 year old would tell me when I needed to switch exercises because I couldn't hear Jillian.
My 6 year old yelled at me CHOP, CHOP like Jiliian says when I was a little slow getting up from the push-ups. I decided to take a drink of water after the sit-ups and my 10 year old tells me, "Mom, stop phoning it in!" If you've done 30DS, you know what I am talking about!
What are some of your favorite work out stories?

I completed 30DS in May and was so excited about the results...my friends noticed the difference in my body so when they asked what I was doing I always told them....now we are always quoting Jillian...."Don't phone it in" is one of our favorites and use it often...it can apply to my aspects of life....
