A few things... 1) Don't beat yourself up over it. Forgive yourself and just move on and get back on track. Binging can get into a dangerous self-perpetuation cycle if you let yourself get down over it. We're all human in a world full of addicting junk foods. Stuff happens. Examine your hunger/moods in the days leading up…

I've done this workout before with my trainer at the gym... I think we did burpees, pushups, lateral raises (for arms w/ 7.5 lb weights), and squats. Aces high (11) :) It was a killer workout / no breaks and probably took about 30-40 minutes to complete the whole thing. LOVED IT. calisthenics would be good.

Done! I did a combination of body weight squats, jump squats, sumo squats, squats w/ leg raises, weights etc. 200 is not as many as I thought at all.. kind of naturally fell into my workout routines. :) Awesome!

Amazing workout and active day today. Started the day off with an hour brisk walk. Did 25 minutes of circuit training at home while getting chores done before tonight. Also did a boxing workout with a trainer for an hour. It was great!!!!! And I'm perfectly happy to drink and eat as much as I happily can today :D Happy new…

If you can.. try to set aside some of your own space in the fridge for some healthy food options you can always turn to. Healthy and delicious snacks, veggies, fruits, protein and fiber-rich foods. Maybe it will influence your family to also keep some extra healthy stuff around too. I usually buy some foods that I know I…

It's all about mindset. No matter how you eat/exercise/count calories... it will only stay off if you keep in mind that eating healthy and being fit is a lifestyle. You may intake a bit less calories while you're trying to lose weight, but as you lose weight (and hopefully gain/maintain muscle), your metabolism will be…

everyone should just do what's best and healthy for their body .... 1200 works for some and not for others. we're not here to judge.

nonfat caramel macchiato is 140 cals... the skinny version is 100 calls (TALL size for both these) sometimes getting the secret smaller short size is worth it if you just want an 8 oz serving of any drink you don't want to over indulge in :)

You should do what feels right and healthy for your body and lose weight in a sustainable way but just remember some people are on 1200 cal b/c their body type might be different or have less caloric needs to begin with I myself was put on 1200 cal but honestly, I work out alot, and b/w cardio and weights, I do end up…

The most important thing I can tell you is do as many as you can do with GOOD FORM. This is important. If you start compromising your form to do do more reps, you are not getting the full benefit of the exercise, and also you could put yourself at risk for injury. Squats, pushups, deadlifts, planks... all great..... Good…

Hardest one to give up for me was root beer!! AH I agree with one of the previous posters... try switching to seltzer, etc. Drink plain water until you're full and don't really have room to crave any of the soda! Honestly, just try to stick with it at least 3 weeks and it will become a habit. I cut out all sodas since the…
