Hey Guys! I'm Amelia, 23 year old from Canada. Journey started two years ago at 180 lbs. Now down to around 130-135 lbs. Been going through alot of yo yo sessions in the last year. I'd like to be around 115-120lbs for my vacation in the Dominican in January. So i'm super happy to join with a group of motivated individuals.…

That's true! Before the night shift i had no trouble with my food intake. I was doing the right choices, never felt hunger. Since im on nights I always crave the midnight chocolate bar, or the cashews to keep me pumping

Good for you! Heard of those dvds before! Let me know how that goes, i've done the Insanity 60 day one round last year. Did the dvds on and off to keep me in shape but got bored of them fast and now they're just collecting dust. Need to find that extra fun motivator to make me want to get up and move. Suggestions? As for…

Just started seeing someone and I was scared of that. But he was actually inspired by my motivation and we work out together now!

Completed Round 1 of Insanity. LOVED IT! I rather enjoyed Month 2 over month 1 just because I found the moves more interesting. You simply have to be motivated to kick butt and not be afraid of getting sweaty. I'm an Insanity addict doing my second round atm and adding Six Week Six Pack with it. Go for it man, I'm sure you…

Morning fellow Insaniacs! I finished my first round a few weeks ago. Redoing it again. Today way day 6 of week 3. Lost roughly 6-7 lbs and a few inches after the first round. Hopefully same results will happen during the second round. Keep digging deep. Feel free to add me =)

I'd really like to be part of this challenge =D

Congrats! You're quite an inspiration for me! I'll try to catch up to you! =D

Congrats! Insanity is a great program. Got me totally addicted to fitness. I finished Round 1 two weeks ago and started right away with Round 2. Looking for more weight lost. Fit test results. AWESOME!

I'm about to start Jillian's 6 week 6 pack program in addition to my Insanity work outs. Can't wait to see what happens =)

SW: 182 lbs CW: 132 lbs. Goal: 120 lbs

Sounds interesting. Will totally look into it. Was looking at her 30 day shred. But it didn't seem challenging enough. Six week six pack sounds like a good add on to my work outs!

LOVE that post! Thank you. I guess I would situate myself between 20-25% Still a little ways to go. Don't want the body of a body builder but toned is sexy in my eyes.

The last 10 lbs are the hardest to burn, been plateau'd for about a month now. Might start incorporating weights as suggested by CeeRawr (Thank you!) also heart of c25k. Might add that to my Insanity regimen! Let's get rid of this blubber layer! We can all do it.

YAY! I'm not alone! I keep seeing women with ripped abs, flat tummies. Sure know how to make someone feel left out.

Go for Insanity by Shawn T. Did a whole round and started right over again. LOVE IT! Definately challenging.

Good ideas! I want to avoid restaurants as much as possible. I'll bring a cooler and keep veggies and fruits to snack on over chips and peanuts. :) Awesome tips girls thank you!

Lost my thighs and face first and still struggling to get rid of this mid section blubber off.. Even after 50 lbs! I dream of a flat stomach. So frustrating!

AkA is a 9 for me

Insanity is awesome. I love it! I wasn't able to do -any- push up at the start of it and now I can do almost 30 in a row, quite a feat! I'm sure a guy like you would love it, you get a good sweat a work out and work that cardio. Glad there is no equipment or weights needed.

I just did a quick measurement on fat2fit and I have an approximate body fat % of 18.6% Which is impressive, thought it would be worst than that. Though I'd like it to be down to 10-12% if that is reasonable.

I've been eating St-Methode's bread for a few months now. I don't think it's horrible but I can definately look into the suggestions. I still live in at home with parents so planning my meals apart from them gets tricky
-
That would be so hard! I enjoy my toasts in the morning. Any altenative to those?

Brand new here too. Trying to fix up my nutrition to get the max results. Lost 50 lbs since August 2011, have the last 10 lbs to lose. Also doing Insanity alongside with good food. Finished round 1. I'm at week 2 of my new round.
